The Brasserie at the Cedar Court
| Modern British Restaurant |
| The Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate is now home to La Brasserie, overlooking 200 acres of the famous Stray parkland. The grade II listed building retains much of its original feature and the Brasserie embraces this, combining it with a modern colour-scheme, light, wooden flooring and soft lighting. Meals here are a mix of the traditional and modern; meals range from asparagus and goat’s cheese terrine to belly of pork with crisp crackling in cider and rosemary sauce. Desserts are equally enticing; why not try a selection of Yorkshire cheeses or perhaps an iced raspberry soufflé? Sundays see a fixed lunch of three courses, costing only £16.50 per person. |
